The Return of the King (Well, Queen)

Hello my dear Stormies!

My apologies for my absence over the past few weeks *cough months cough*. I have recently bought myself an AlienwareX51 - a rather sexy little PC for all of my gaming and graphic design needs. How cool is that?

Now Lord of the Rings Online is in DirectX11, in constant high definition and I can actually see the ripples in the water! To anyone considering a new PC, it is certainly worth the investment!

At the end of 2014, Evernight has seen some fantastic improvements: The Evernight Alliance (TEA) is up and running, with now over 15 kinships involved, we have an active network of some truly fine players, giving each other a digital hand. Well done, all!

Then the Riders of Helm's Deep offered the members of TEA their TeamSpeak server for free! This means anyone can use it to communicate with other LOTRO players. I take my hat off to you, Riders!

The Ettenmoors' activity has boomed for some reason, and none of the seasoned players know why... Maybe it's something in the Hoardale water? Or we've been breathing in too much of the Orc's cooking down at their camp... Either way, the fantastic Fraids bv Craids this month have been excellent. Now more than ever is the best time to roll a greenie and get stuck in! Besides, I need the renown.

In other news, my Warg has now actually got claws. On my previous gaming device (Dell Inspiron 15) I had to have the lowest gaming settings. I can now tell you Wargs do have claws. Who'd have thought, eh? It's fantastic to see the smallest details come to life. I am spinning in my new PC chair, I am so happy! Weeeeeee!

So, to my veteran and new Stormborns - let's bring the kinship back to life. It's a great kin, and definitely worth the presence of such great friends.
